I had amazing customer service with a girl in men’s her name is Esma she helped me a lot with shopping and at the cash register. She was a super positive and kind sweat girl. Store and the manager’s suck, managers in the store are the worst I usually don’t come here but she help me to choose the best gift and made my day.

One thing I enjoy about shopping at this store is that the staff are helpful only when you ask. I find in many other stores, sales associates are constantly lingering and asking if you need help. Let's just say you can shop in peace here.

I also appreciate that the sales associates are direct and not using over-the-top fake customer service voices. However, as someone esle put in their review, some of them do look dissatisfied.

New collections always have good clothes.

Sadly an awful experience. I shop at Zara quite frequently but I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

I was in the mall for other reasons but thought I would pop into Zara to browse and buy something if it caught my eye. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I felt like I was being watched. I used to work in retail so I can tell when staff are watching. I browsed for about 10-15 minutes, didn’t see anything exciting, walked out and walked over to H&M and noticed two of the staff members FOLLOW ME OUT TO H&M. Super bizarre and made me feel super uncomfortable. After reading some of the comments below - it seems like the staff are a huge issue at this store. Super disappointing.

I purchased a satchel bag from this store, but the machine didn’t print a receipt due to no paper. I showed proof of payment from my bank, but the employee was rude and refused to believe me. They wouldn’t let me leave unless I paid a second time. I ended up being charged and walked out without the bag. I’m now out $60 and extremely frustrated. This is unacceptable customer service, and the store needs to make this right.

Even giving them a 1 star feels too generous. Most of the staff are incredibly rude and have terrible attitudes. I honestly wonder how they were hired—was being rude one of the job requirements? Does no one even check the reviews? How is it possible that so many people complain about the staff and yet nothing is done?
