From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to help, she made me feel so comfortable shopping with her. Shawna took the time to understand my style preferences and offered personalized recommendations that perfectly matched my body and what I was looking for. Her extensive knowledge of the products and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left the store feeling thrilled with my purchases and appreciated the outstanding service I received. Thank you, Shawna, for making my visit so memorable! The outfits she chose to style me in have increased my confidence ten fold, I will be recommending her to all my girlfriends!

I stopped in the store yesterday with my brother to have a quick browse. Shawna, the manager of the store swooped in and dazzled us. She was friendly, funny, kind and thoughtful but not overbearing. It’s not everyday where you are made to feel special but Shawna made us feel that way. She has a unique ability to make you feel like you’ve been friends for years - which isn’t easy to do. Oak and Fort is very lucky to have such a wonderful individual managing their store. I will definitely be back to this store just because of her!

As someone who usually doesn't find shopping enjoyable, I can confidently say that I had an amazing experience with Stephanie! She truly went above and beyond to help me find my style. She immediately understood exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Her bubbly personality made the experience so enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported. It’s rare to find such fantastic customer service, and Stephanie made the whole experience stress-free and fun. Will definitely come back again!
