I had a wonderful experience at Wilfred today because of Nia and Esther. From the moment I walked in they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped me find the perfect dress without any pressure and made the entire shopping experience feel easy and comfortable.

I misplaced my bag and had to leave the store in a bit of a panic, turns out I left it in Wilfred but both Nia and Esther handled it with such kindness (as I’m sure they noticed I was embarrassed!) but they were so lovely and helpful.

I will definitely be returning to this store because of them! Amazing experience :)

I have never been helped in a store as good as this. I had the pleasure of being helped (forgive me for getting the name) by this young woman who knew what she was talking about. Not only did she make me feel confident, supported, and comfortable; she understood the movement of clothing and understood what garments suited me or not. I have never been so supported by a clothing worker in my whole life. My experience here at this location was life changing and helped me better learn of clothing shapes, silhouettes, and colours on my body without feeling embarrassed. I will forever come to this location and spend all my money on these high quality, timeless, staple-wardrobe pieces because of the service here.

I had the pleasure of being helped Sierra and Kaitlyn today, I walked in not necessarily intending to buy anything and I walked out with 2 great pieces! They were very kind, helpful and honest. They both recommended a top that I was unsure of and when I tried it on I ended up buying it! As I work at a high end boutique myself, I can recognize genuine customer service when I see it. It’s so rare nowadays to receive the level of customer service that I did at Wilfred today, especially in a big mall like Chinook, and Sierra and Kaitlyn definitely exceeded my expectations! I left very happy with my experience and I will definitely be shopping at this location more often. As I keep writing this review, I realize there are not enough words to thank the both of them for restoring my faith in wonderful customer service that has a personal touch.

Wilfred, you guys are the sweetests people I have ever met! Your efforts in doing your best to keep your customers content amaze me and you guys might be one of the best retail workers that I’ve ever encountered, you ran across to Aritzia to grab me a pair of jeans to tried on and I was so grateful, your energy when you communicate with customers makes them feel comfortable and the small talks just makes us feel even more welcome! I was having a bad day and just those conversations I’ve had with the workers have lighten my day, keep up the good work!!
