Visited the store today as husband wanted a Wyndham jacket. We received a friendly welcome and Rylin went straight to work selecting the required jacket. I too purchased a jacket. He was very knowledgeable and friendly with his advice. 10/10 for service and quality of products

All the staff at the store were incredibly kind and helpful. I was buying clothes as a gift and was unsure about the sizing, but they went above and beyond—one of the staff members even tried the clothes on to help me compare, which was so thoughtful. JD? (I didn’t catch the full name), Tiffany, and Marina were absolutely amazing. Their friendly and professional service made the whole experience perfect. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this Canada Goose store, thanks to the helpful and patient associate. She took the time to show me a variety of styles and sizes, ensuring I found the perfect fit. I wanted to try a couple of different colours and she patiently fetched the parkas without getting irritated! Even when the item I wanted wasn’t available in-store, the lady at the counter quickly located it at another store and placed the order for me. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the shopping process seamless and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return!

Im a loyal Canada Goose customer with multiple items. The warranty department i would not recommend at all. This company is supposed to be a luxury brand but its the worst luxury brand i have ever dealt with for warranty or customer service. I sent a limited edition Jacket CG Lance Mackey for some warranty repairs. Before i sent it i took pictures of the Lance Mackey trim which was perfect. I received it back all cracked and shrunk due to the dry cleaning. It shoild have just been wiped. Then i reached out to get this issue resolved so the warranty department asked for it back. I sent it back and they tried to say its wear and tear due to the age which is false. They dry cleaned it again and it was returned to me not fixed but in an even worse condition. I have been fighting this issue since February and not resolved. Its a disgrace how a luxury brand treats its loyal customers.
