Spectacular service! I was visiting Calgary and decided to come to this location to see if anything peaked my interest, I did not know that it was their annual sale in which the store was super busy. Even with all the people in the store and some customers being very demanding/not the most nice every staff member had a smile on their face and were super friendly. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I recently visited JD Sports Chinook and had an amazing experience with Rouge who helped me find the perfect shoes! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand my needs. His expertise in shoe selection was impressive, and he showed me some great options that I wouldn't have considered otherwise. I was planning to buy running shoes at your store until Lois told me that the one I was holding were training shoes and not running shoes. She recommended me several shoes that fit my style and preference. I had a really good experience in your store because your staff has excellent customer service. Will buy from you again!

Cool, trendy, and hip shoe shop.

They have a lot of selections of sneakers and functional running shoes. Great selection of lifestyle outfits and athleisure goods.

Service is good. The sales lady helped me out in picking a good AF1 shoe. I don't know why the others are complaining. It's a retail store. What do you expect? A 5 Star Hotel Service? Some other reviewer was blaming the store because they had an item on the website, but they were not available in the store. Maybe blame the corporate guys instead of the retail guys on the floor. They do not control the website. Anyways, solid work, and thanks for the help. Great shoe store!

Will be back!

Worst JD STORE EVER been in my life the manager was like you have to pay more then the actual price tag .. Like she dont know and well i dont know how she became the manager of such a big store. Tag says $25 and she was like you have to pay $89 for this. Well she needs to manage things worst experience it was a gift to my brother she ruined it.
