I had such a great experience shopping at Garage thanks to Valantina! She was incredibly sweet, super friendly, and so helpful the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares and loves what she does. Honestly, she made my whole day better. Give that girl a raise!!

Bought a few new things yesterday, so much cute summery stuff and things that would be great with stampede coming up. The last two times I’ve gone have been made a great experience because of Valentina. This Garage is always very clean and has a great selection of items / sizes. I found when I tried to return a shirt, the staff behind the counter seem annoyed I wanted to return something and made the process overly complicated. Aside from that experience, this Garage has been my go-to for years :)

I recently visited Garage to return a cowboy hat I bought for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, the hat was too small for her hair. When we went to return it, they informed us that they couldn’t process the return because the tag was missing. I completely understand this policy.

However, when we called the manager for assistance, she came out with an aggressive attitude and a harsh expression. It felt like she disliked us right away and seemed stressed, as if she didn’t enjoy her job. Despite our politeness, she maintained a bad attitude throughout the interaction, making the experience unpleasant.

While I understand store policies, the manager’s approach and attitude were completely uncalled for. Customer service should be handled with respect and understanding, even when enforcing rules.
