I recently found this studio and I'm already a big fan! I've only tried the Hatha classes so far with a few teachers and I love them! I love Missree's classes!

I just checked out this adorable yoga studio today and I was so impressed! The quiet neighbourhood and beautiful views totally beat the hectic downtown vibe I’ve been dealing with for years! The instructor Jonni-Lyn was amazing and the Vinyasa 2 class was just the right level of challenge.

one of those businesses you dont want to give the 5 stars to because it is nice to have it to yourself, but these guys deserve to be shared. lovely space overlooking the water. supportive expert instructors and great attending community. my favorite yoga in Victoria
