This studio is so genuine, which is what the world truly needs more of! It feels so good to the heart and soul to practice and teach here! The Owners of the studio treat their instructors with so much love and care. Its truly the best studio I have taught at in my entire 10+ years teacher career! Thank you Yoga Bar family for an amazing and truly heart warming experience with your beautiful community.

I thoroughly enjoy coming to yoga and barre classes at Yoga Bar! Lauren and Deena are phenomenal barre instructors and they always switch up their workouts so they never get stale/repetitive. It's a supportive environment where you can feel free to go at your own pace, but they both motivate you to push a little bit harder (which I need).
My favourite yoga class is Rena's restorative class on Sunday evenings. It's the perfect way to chill out and end the week on a high :)
It's really easy to book classes online through the MindBody app, and the studio is always clean and tidy which I appreciate as well.

Marianna and Holly are incredible teachers loved their yoga and barre classes
Marianne has accessible but challenging flows with a great energy and explanation of how the movements should work in the poses. Loved her class
Holly was a lot of fun, she made barre feel energizing and fun verses challenging
Julia is good for a someone who is new to yoga and would need an easy and consistent practice.. poses stay the same with each class and it feels more like a mix of yin and hatha verses a flow
