i died of dehydration in the corner and nobody came to check on me but i bought a shjirt later on so it was all good

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I arrived at ~5:45, walked around, selected 5 items, and went to the fitting room. The staff told me they were closing in 5 minutes and refused to let me try anything on. I even asked if I could just quickly try one dress to check the size, but they still said no.

It wasn’t winter, I wasn’t wearing heavy clothes — I would have been in and out in a minute. It felt extremely dismissive and not customer-oriented at all.
And if it is truly the policy not to allow customers into fitting rooms shortly before closing, then why aren’t there any voice announcements in the store warning customers that it’s closing in 10 or 5 minutes? There was no communication whatsoever. As a customer, I had no idea I was running out of time — until I was suddenly told “no.”
I honestly find it hard to believe that this is the kind of treatment the management would approve of. It felt like the staff were simply unwilling to make even a minimal effort.

Disappointing and unprofessional.

Make sure u check ur clothes specially on sale side maternity one just check they might let u sale the rip clothes

I’m not sure what the problem is at this location.
Lunch time there is always a line-up at the till, and one person working at the cash register (and they all look miserable) Guess what I am too for standing in line 20-30min wasting my lunch time to purchase couple of items and get a H*** out of there, but it’s always like this.
Love H&M, unfortunately Very Poor customer service.
They could generate more business in this store if they hired better associates with a happier attitude.

Worse place, worse behaviour, don't know business and customer!
My wife bought a shirt and just 6 days after which is today she went to just change it because it was not properly my size(it was my birthday gift from my wife) , she grabbed the receipt and took them, after 20 minutes even spoke with manger they didn't change it. We didn't want to return it, and I have never been wearing it even one time! I'm so sorry for them and their business. They don't know who is customer and how important! Don't advise you to go to this store!
