I've been training with Reggie at Zac Training Systems for under a year and I am super happy with the experience. The customized workout plans are perfectly tailored to my goals. As someone recovering from knee surgery, I've seen amazing results—my surgeon even commented on how successful and strong my recovery has been.

At first, I was hesitant to start going to a gym as I had no idea what I needed or what made a good trainer - a friend convinced me to try a session with Reggie. Since then, I've been at ZTS for the last two years! The semi-private sessions are a perfect size for me, and I’ve met so many great like-minded people. Reggie's positive attitude is contagious, and it’s been amazing to achieve so much more than I expected. I truly appreciate how he focuses on building a solid foundation first and takes the time to make sure I’m progressing safely, but still progressing. After I injured my foot (not from the gym), Reggie worked with me on rehab exercises and has supported me every step of the way.

I had trained with Reggie about 7 years ago at his old gym. His motivational personality and attention to detail has not changed, but his instruction and methods have only gotten better. When I joined back with him at the beginning of 2024 we went over my expectations and goals, and not only do I feel stronger; I have seen visible results, developed better daily habits and am grateful to be part of a like-minded community. I have lost almost 30lbs since taking part in two of his 6-week challenges, and am committed to continue bettering myself in my 40s.
