If I could give EMF a sixth star I would. This is an amazing gym run by some of the most positive, knowledgable, and encouraging trainers you'll find anywhere. Over the course of this Winter and Spring, Eric and Alyssa helped push me into territory I never thought I'd see. 6/5*

EMF exceeded all expectations! I wanted a new way to work out and the group setting was so much fun! Alyssa ran sessions with 1-10 people and had modifications for each exercise depending on your skill level. It was an awesome way to test your mental and physical strength while making sure you’re doing movements correctly and pushing your limits! EMF welcomed me into their family with open arms and not only pushed me to reach my physical health goals, they were there for me when I needed some extra mental support. Highly suggest trying it out if you haven’t. It’s a great team to be a part of!

I only have amazing things to say about the team at EMF Fitness. They are some of the most supportive trainers I have ever worked with and make the environment a very great space for everyone to feel comfortable working out. They are very communicative, and super accommodating. It’s not everyday that a gym promoted on an Instagram ad exceeds your expectations this much, but they truly have, and this place is absolutely worth looking into. 10/10 recommendation from me!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing EMF is. Choosing EMF fitness has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am so blessed and so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Alyssa who has made such a remarkable difference In my life, physically and mentally. She is hands down the best trainer I have ever met. I have had two C- Sections in two years, and I had no idea how to start my fitness journey again due to that. She really cared, and worked with me, making sure I was doing what was safe for me, and fun all at the same time. Since training here, I have got a lot of my confidence back, have started feeling so much healthier and stronger.
I would Highly recommend Alyssa & her team to anyone looking to improve their fitness, with such a fun, caring, dedicated group of trainers.

Honestly no words can describe how great Eric and the whole team at EMF is. If you are looking to get in shape and change your lifestyle than this is definitely the place you need to be. Eric isn’t just any trainer. He genuinely cares about your overall health, diet, and is always trying to cater to your physical needs. Keep doing what you’re doing Eric! I’ll be a client for a very long time.
