Awesome studio with different types of classes that fit my schedule. Love the option of hot and warm classes. Membership prices are very reasonable especially because I like to attend often. Everyone is super friendly and I’ve felt welcome from day 1. Super grateful to have such a great studio in my neighbourhood.

I absolutely love the lab! It’s incredibly relaxing and has a huge range of classes. The atmosphere is calming, and the all the instructors are fantastic. Definitely a five-star experience for anyone looking to boost their flexibility, strength and find some zen!

Kinesiology - I had my very first kinesiology appointment (ever) with Jordyn Ryan at The Lab Westshore Wellness Loft. Jordyn provided a thorough assessment of my mobility and the functionality of my body, showing me exactly where I needed to improve strength and mobility in order to meet my specific goals as well to improve my overall body performance. Jordyn provides great explanations and we had some laughs as well. Jordyn provided me with very specific exercises and instructions in printable PDF form for follow up. I will definitely return. Thank you Jordyn.

I’ve seen Jill for Reiki a few times now and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about trying Reiki!! Her gentle and sweet approach make the whole session so relaxing. She takes good care to check in before and after treatment, and just made the whole thing a wonderful experience. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

A Beautiful Studio with Great Classes, but Tough Parking

I really love the yoga classes at this studio! The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable, and I've learned a lot while also feeling great during and after class. The studio itself is thoughtfully designed—there's a female change room, clean washrooms, a shower area, and a spacious section for storage and hanging up your things.

The classroom temperatures vary depending on the type of class you're taking, which I appreciate—it creates the right atmosphere for different styles and intensities.

That said, parking can be a bit of a challenge. Sometimes I’ve had to wait quite a while to find a spot, which almost made me late or left me without an ideal spot in the class.

Overall, I truly enjoy the experience and highly recommend it to anyone interested in yoga—but if you're tight on time or prefer guaranteed parking, that’s something to consider. Personally, I still enjoy jogging a little more, but this studio is a lovely place to stretch, strengthen, and unwind.
