Oxygen yoga at westshore is the best experience that happened to me. I have been in different kind of fitness but Oxygen yoga is my place to do my exercise ( I love the heat and a big groups)
The staff are nice, the instructor are awesome and I love it .
This is my 3rd years being a member and I still want to continue my membership.

I absolutely love Oxygen Westshore. They offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels. The instructors are amazing. Very knowledgeable, encouraging, & supportive. The staff are super friendly. I miss it when I am away. I’ve never been someone to go to the gym every day but Oxygen makes it seem easy to show up. I am addicted & I have seen great results from the workouts. The workouts are challenging but rewarding & I love the way I feel after being in the studio.

I can't say enough amazing things about oxygen fitness Westshore. I have never felt so comfortable and so welcomed in my life. The front desk staff are so very kind and they gets to know you on a personal level. The community behind oxygen is beyond incredible. Everybody is so very kind and so welcoming. You are one big happy family. All the trainers are exceptional and provides modifications. I absolutely love all the classes. Oxygen is my favorite part of my day. The manager courtney is beyond amazing. Everyone at the studio has exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a place to reach your goals, look no further. Trust me you won't be disappointed. You will be hooked after your first class. Thank you for everything ❤️

I can’t say enough amazing things about Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Langford! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the incredible staff. Every instructor brings such great energy, and their passion for what they do is contagious (and a little addictive because it feels so great!).

The variety of classes is unbeatable! Whether I’m in the mood for an intense sweat session or a grounding yoga flow, there’s always something that fits my needs. Since committing to this studio, I’ve never felt better on my fitness journey, physically, mentally, and even emotionally (it brings such peace and balance).
