The Spa at Ambleside

What an ABSOLUTE delight from start to finish! The spa itself is full of intentional details that really elevate your experience. One of the reasons I was inspired to book at this particular spa were the glowing reviews and the fact that it is a woman run business (LOVE that). I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and booked the the expectant mother's massage and added on a scalp massage, and WOW...what a treat. My therapist, Hayley, was most excellent. I told her exactly what I needed and she seriously delivered. You can tell the difference between therapists who really understand human anatomy and have a passion for making people feel better. I so badly needed some deep pressure relief, and was elated to have received it. Thank you so so much for such a great experience, I cannot wait to come back.

Truly an amazing spa. I’d go as far saying it’s the most beautiful spa in Edmonton. There’s a peaceful lounge area, and change room area with beautiful shower, a sauna, and lots of refreshments available. The pedicure chairs were the most comfortable, so lush and deep. The staff were all super pleasant. I’ll definitely be back for regular pedicures and will be tempted to try other spa services.

A nice retreat from the winter cold, this spa is nice and cozy with high end decor. Service was very accommodating and even provided us with a heated neck pillow. Come before your appointment and enjoy a sauna!

I was treated like a queen! I went for my birthday, the staff was pleasant and attentive to your needs. They even got me crumble cookie as a birthday treat. I really appreciated the thought and gesture. This review may be a year later, but I still remember my experience like it was yesterday!

Beautiful spa and ambiance. The staff is so friendly and my massage therapist Sarah was phenomenal. Great pressure and techniques. The sauna after was the icing on the cake of a great experience. Will definitely be coming back.
