I have been going to this Q-Nails for 2 years now, and always leave happy. Sammie always does an amazing job! She is very attentive and always checks along the way with shape, length and colors to make sure I am happy with them.

A great experience! I walked in and was able to get in right away. The lady working on my nails was very detailed but efficient. She did a great job and I am very happy with my nails! Their prices were also very reasonable.

I am visiting from Yellowknife - I had gotten a pedicure at another place and they did not do a good job my bottom of my feet were peeling bad. There was a man who worked on my feet and at Q-nails and re did it and did the pedicure properly my feet are as smooth as ever he was very good at taking care of my feet! They were very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Thank y our Q-nails if I come back I will make sure I come here to get m manicure and pedicure done.

Regular manicure. $30 and doesn’t include any lotion or hand massage. Polish is old and colour did not apply evenly. Will go elsewhere next time.

Disappointed with their dishonest pricing for their service. On their website ombré nails full set is priced at $70 but charged me $85. I still tipped because the girls who did my mani and pedi were not the same and the girl who dictated how much to charge me. I’ve gotten ombré nails more than a dozen of times and I know what is a reasonable amount to pay. The only reason went to this location is because my sister lived closed by. My regular place would only charge me $120 and I’ll give 15% tip. My total bill came down to $157 including tip. They struggled to do my nails but that’s not on me they’re not skilled to do the design I asked for and end up charging me extra for their extra work when other places can easily do the ombré style in half the time they spent on my nails. I showed them the design I wanted right from the start and if they’re were not up to the task they should have mentioned it and also spoke up if anything will be extra, but nothing was mentioned until I received my bill. I’d say the ombré style I got wasn’t even complicated. I didn’t get any extra jewels. Nothing.

The work definitely does not match the price they are charging. I got a basic set for premium price.
