The best massage I have ever had. Shawn takes care of you and has a very intuitive way of connecting to what your body needs. He is able to make subtle adjustments that affect your entire body and mind during and after treatment.

Shawn is absolutely amazing. The space is peaceful, quiet and inviting. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and has a very calming energy. I would absolutely recommend A Day at the Beach to anyone who suffers from chronic pain, or even just needs some relaxation and renewal. When I left after my last visit I could not believe how much better I felt, and continue to feel the days following. I am so grateful to have found Shawn and his practice. 10/10 would recommend!

My mobility is strength, Shawn restores it. Being a “middle aged” woman that was very athletic in her youth, I found myself as I got older, pulling muscles and hurting myself more frequently while working out or being active.

Shawn has the ability to hone in on inflammation needing attention, strenuous movement acute pain pin pointing habitual over compensation, or just simply a postural bad habit that needs correction.

With his extensive and vast knowledge, his genuine care and commitment to you as the client and the flexibility and affordability, hands down is the best focused physical therapist I’ve worked with.

I walked out of my massage with Shawn, feeling like many long-standing pockets of tension in my neck and shoulders had been loosened. I always mention these critical points of tension when getting a massage, but I appreciate that Shawn listened and adapted the session to address those areas. Massage therapists often ask but don't adjust their massage accordingly. It was a great experience to feel helped and pampered.

Shawn managed to sort out my restless legs. I feel so much happier in the knowledge that I know what the problem is. Now because of his knowledge an expertise I can start to put my restless legs behind me. Ease all my tension and i feel so much better. I have always found Shawn to be Professional, Competent,Informative and Caring.What a font of knowledge and I am in awe of Shawn and what he knows about our bodies. Much more than just a great massage. He is clearly very passionate about his work and he takes great care to mindfully diagnose and address any problem areas, offering very helpful (and interesting) guidance and advice throughout.Try it and see for yourselves.
