I am loving my Gentle Yoga 60+??‍♀️ class. Every week we are focusing on new areas and using great props to enhance our postures. Our instructor Anne is wonderful giving great coaching and context for every movement and the importance of movement, no matter how big or small.
Committing to a class is the best way for me to achieve all the benefits… the stretch, the meditation and the joy of being with a group all on the same path. Plus follow-up instructions and options to join virtually and redo the class all week at home.
Yoga MCC is very well run with excellent staff and welcoming facilities (both locations). This is the beginning of a wonderful journey ?

I have attended several Critical Alignment Classes now as well as some workshops! I love the atmosphere at the Studio, both in Marda Loop and Bowness. Everyone is so welcoming on arrival and the instructors themselves are amazing! Friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable when guiding the attendees through the movements. They always add extra information to help us understand better and give very helpful background information.

We had signed up for private classes with Tahl and are currently wrapping up the first 10 sessions. Our experience with Tahl and the studio/facilities has been amazing. Tahl not only accommodated but also surpassed our customized exercise program (combination of meditation, breath work as well as balance, focus, core and restorative movements). She's very thorough and friendly and has everything we need for an amazing yoga teacher.

I've had a wonderful experience at Yogamcc Marda Loop! I really appreciate and notice how knowledgeable and experienced the teachers are. The space is very tranquil and calm. The community is very welcoming. The yoga feels very authentic. Highly recommend!

I went only to the Bowness location as this was most convenient to me. This friendly studio is very clean and the teachers are knowledgeable. I came to this studio because they offered several different yin/restorative/meditative classes. I did the two week trial membership, tried 7 classes and enjoyed them all. I will continue taking classes at this studio.
