Re, Customer Service Review,

I am submitting a review for Ursula. In the months that I have known her she has displayed outstanding customer service for Suzanne's. She knows her products, is great in engaging with customers and getting a good understanding of what they are looking for, and providing it.
She has a good track record with the shop, people know her, and are happy dealing with her. Shes also very conscience about keeping the shop neat and clean. She's great too with the other sales associates, I know that I looked forward to working with her.

I LOVE shopping at Suzanne’s Fashions in Glenmore Landing. The clothes are beautiful and the staff are always warm, friendly and thoughtful. Special shout-out to Leanne and Ursula for helping me find a lovely summer ‘fit’ that makes my unique style shine!

I had a lot of fun at this store. I bought a pair of track pants, and they’re super comfy and great quality. The workers at this store are incredibly kind to everyone that comes in, even if they’re young, like me. I rate this 5 stars.

Lovely store. Great sales lady. Nice clothes which were on a good clearance price. All but 2 items were made in Canada. The other 2 were designed by a Canadian designer but manufactured in Italy. I will be shopping here again.
