I came in with a few boxes of clean, freshly washed clothes. Some items were brand new with tags,
a vintage dress, an almost-new Levi’s jacket I bought for $700, an unworn Tommy Hilfiger trench coat. I also brought a bag of jewelry including unique hand-forged silver pieces and a minimalist moonstone ring worth $500, plus two pairs of brand new sunglasses. I wasn’t looking to make money, I just didn’t have the energy to list everything on Marketplace, and it felt wasteful to throw it all away.

I came in on my only day off, and waited almost 50 minutes. Eventually I was told they picked three things: a Shein cardigan, a very worn T-shirt and old jeans. Total value? Maybe $20. They offered me $7.

When I got home, I realized it looked like they didn’t even check most of it. The jewelry bag was unopened. The sunglasses? Still buried at the bottom.

Honestly, I don’t get the point.

I took everything to a different place the next day — they were thrilled with the items and genuinely thankful.

Every-time I come to this store it is unbearable. The aisles are so small and this place cannot handle the amount of foot traffic they receive. The staff is sometimes rude and getting a change room is really hard. I’m here currently for their birthday bash and it is the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping. Not to mention prices, choose a different thrift store.

This store has lots of potential but unfortunately it is run very poorly.
First their pricing for items they buy off of customers is unrealistic! It’s too low! $5 a item for modern stuff with the tags still on it. That’s brutal!!
Secondly they r not organized . There is clearly no system in place for all the items customers bring in. It’s all just dropped at the front or close to the entrance. It’s a mess

Thirdly they need to have a till for customers buying items and there needs to be a designated till for customers selling items.
Very unpleasant shopping experience.

Provided them with clothes that HAD been bought in the last year only to be told that they had not been seen in retail for the last 2 years. Cashier was also increasingly rude and rolled her eyes at myself as well as the customers before me. Don’t recommend.
The “buyers” are high school girls who only go through people’s bags or totes if the first three items look good. Returned my things to me within 5 minutes and the bag hadn’t even been pulled apart. Sell your clothes on marketplace, you’ll have a better get at it.

Just feel like I got ripped off coming here.. better to sell on Marketplace!! All my items were only worn once so they were in GREAT condition. Got 9 bucks for each item which they most likely will quadruple the price for them. A lot of items in store were in terrible condition too.. blech, never again. Its false advertising on their website where they say they would pay 50% of the original price and that's obviously wrong.
