Absolutely outstanding service and excellent staff. We worked with Alex to get two items repaired, one came back in perfect condition, and the second one had extensive damage that compromised the item. Alex gently explained the status of the repair, started a warranty process, and a gift certificate is being produced in the coming days. The support is much appreciated, it's wonderful to experience this level of customer service and repair craftsmanship in today's world.

Elements Calgary Clothing store exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Their exceptional customer service, diverse clothing selection, and inviting atmosphere make it a top-notch shopping experience.
Their Manager and the staff have been super helpful every time I've shopped @ Elements. If it is a new purchase or getting an old purchase repaired, the team at Elements have always been very patient and courteous.

The staff here are amazing! Super kind and friendly. We had our toddlers patagonia jacket repaired here as there was a slight tear in the sleeve and the down was coming out. They offered to repair it free on site or send it away to patagonia to get repaired. We had it sent off and just a few short week later we got her jacket back and cant even tell it was ever damaged! They even gave her a sweet patagonia sticker!

I literally stumbled across this store while searching for information about a Filson jac-shirt. What a wonderful store, with an incredibly knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store to anyone who have not been there yet.

I did find what I was looking for and so happy I could try it on. Filson got an interesting view on sizes for their jackets - so to be able to try on a product in store is great. I personally would return again (and again).
