Nick behind the cash register today was extremely helpful and patient with my return/exchange. Super kind and genuine. He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions regarding the return. Took his time to make sure the return went smoothly! Nick being so willing to help is the exact reason why I’ll be returning to this location!

I had an amazing experience at Aritzia Southcentre today! Initially Pam was helping me to find work trousers and even found a dress that I fell in love with. She was so kind and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Brianna then helped me in the fitting room and she was super friendly and really made me feel comfortable. 10/10 experience and I will be returning to this store!

This store was clean, organized and all of the staff were so kind and attentive! I unfortunately did not catch the name of the specific associate helping me today, but she went above and beyond in helping me pull together my vision. (Her Associate ID from my receipt is 122123).

Had the absolute *best* shopping experience here thanks to:
1. Yvonne - this sales associate took it upon herself to become my stylist and brought me around 20 more items to try. She hyped me up and gave me the energy to keep going till I found something I absolutely loved...and then a few more outfits I loved too. Needless to say I spent a little more than I came to. No regrets though, I felt so good in these clothes and cared for by Yvonne and another lady whose name I didn't catch - so I will always remember this standout experience.

3. All the Aritzia girls let me stay a little past closing time. A big thank you to all of y'all!

The customer service was sub par, many of the employees don’t actually try and help you but are more interested in the conversation they have amongst themselves. Although no one helped me look for an item or anything, when I got to the fitting room there were 2 employees there and they were chatting amongst themselves instead of actually helping me find a room to try on the clothes. But another employee did help me get a room which was a short young Asian man. Although he was busy with other customers he helped me get a room and assisted me. When I got to the cashier, there were 3 employees standing there and one of them (who was blonde) ducked behind the counter while the other 2 just stared at me and turned their heads and continued to talk. After 2 minutes of watching them talk did they wave at me to check my clothing’s out. And then the blonde one that was under the counter on her phone (saw that she was texting on snap chat) popped up and scanned my items. There needs to be more supervisors and managers around to ensure customer service is being maintenance
