This store is conveniently located at the Southcenter Mall. I really like shopping here. The prices are great and the staff are wonderful. Great selection of mens and womens clothing that are great for hiking and camping. They also sell footwear and backpacks. They have some childrens clothes as well.

The membership is free and they have a lot of goods that are member pricing. Unfortunately, like most stores, they didn't carry women's size 11. Finally found a hiking backpack with the support brace for your back.

I bought a Stride Backpack at the Southcentre Store. It had to be ordered in because there were none in stock. When it came it was in plastic packaging. I opened it up and as I was checking it out I noticed the zipper for the rain cover was open. There was no rain cover anywhere in the back pack. I called the store and after checking they told me there were three of these packs in their store in Cross Iron Mills. I asked if they could have one brought down for me to exchange and I was told they didn’t do shipping between stores. Also there were no more of these packs in their warehouse they were shipped from. Thus my option was to take the pack back or go to Cross Iron Mills which is two hours away from me. I found the company’s lack of accommodation for their error frustrating. I have bought from this store previously and enjoyed the products. Not so happy with this experience.

I made a purchase in this location. Some items were available and some were not but thay ordered them for me to pick up later. The service that day was amazing, the staff was attentive, empathetic and provided very precise advise for what I needed.

On Thursday night I received an email saying that the items were available for pick up. Today (Sunday) I received a SECOND email saying they were returning the items because I didn't pick them up within 10 business days. I came to the store to see what happened Because I received the email just 3 days ago. Unfortunately, the staff that was today were different and a very rude lady said that I didn't pick up on time, they just already returned the items (I received the email at 1:30pm and came to the store immediately) and that it wasn't their problem that I missed the emails.

All the effort of the amazing staff that was there the first day was eclipsed by the awful customer service today. My dissatisfaction is not even for the returned items but for the very disrespectful approach and tone of the person who said it wasn't their issue. I was willing to purchase the same items again but I will be going to another location who cares about their customers.
