They have an excellent selection of items which are arranged beautifully.
They have sections for specific brands or labels, and they also organize them by colour ( which I find helpful).
The staff are wonderfully welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and you have a sense they want to help.
If you're looking for a consignment shop where you feel welcomed and where they have plenty of merchandise, I would highly recommend Vespucci.

The store is big but the abundance of items on hangers, crammed one each other,makes the browsing very difficult and the visit tiresome as all your energy is focused on moving tons of garments.
I suggest to either put less garments on hangers to give visitors space for easy browsing or open another location.
Another thing that needs improving is parking as the space between cars is very limited.
One positive aspect is that the staff close to the entrance greet everyone and there are many store assistants who are very helpful and polite. Your store could become the Winners of second hand high end clothing.

Strange vibe overall. Staff mostly spoke Ukrainian among themselves, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. It might be more appropriate to maintain a common language in a professional setting. The store is packed, so does take time to look through everything, but you will be stalked and stared at non stop. Sizing is not easily found and the layout is enough to make you a little cray. They were also overly persistent, asking about fitting rooms the moment I touched anything. Many items were stained, and overpriced - especially the shoes, which haven’t moved in years and are still full price. Mostly outdated styles, little from the current season. Anything that was swoon worthy was completely over priced. Feels like an upscale thrift store with luxury store prices. Discounts aren’t always applied at checkout, so double-check your receipt just to be sure.

Dropped off 17 high end items (brand new with tags mostly) and they sold two items over a 3 month period - a brand new bag with a tag still attached labelled $525 and a dress. I am to receive approximately only $60 for these 2 items. I requested my other items back (was not told anything about a fee except that I could pick up end of July) and just listened to a voicemail stating that I would be charged $5 per item to take back…so I would end up owing them $15. Do not take your items here to be sold.

We visited this place yesterday and we were extremely disappointed. When we came in, the staff at the front greeted us. However, we were immediately followed everywhere by staff on every aisle. Everything we touched, an associate is always beside us.

On the glass section — one of the associates, who appears to be a filipina too, approached us to ask if we would like to look at anything. We appreciated this and politely pointed a bag we wanted to check out. Instead of getting the bag, the associate very snarky said “oh that’s a [brand name] bag and that is [price of the bag].” Then proceeded to ask us if we still want to look at the bag after knowing the price. That was very rude.

We ended up purchasing a different item. As soon as we were done purchasing, the associates shouted a code-something. Then all the associates who were previously following us returned to the back room.

This whole experience was bizarre and very disappointing.
