It was incredible shopping. The customer service was beyond my expectations. The employee, his name should be Jared if I remember correctly, he was very nice, patient, knowledgeable and non-judging. This was my most pleasure experience shopping at a store in 10 years. I would come here again although this is farther than other ones from my home because I know I will be welcomed and helped at here. Thanks to him to bright my and my friend’s day during the blue pandemic.

Had a great experience shopping for a suit here. Calvin was personable and got along well with everyone in our group . He was very helpful with sizing and fit, and made my shopping experience a lot better and less stressful than I had expected. Thank you!

Calvin helped my partner and I yesterday with some last minute black tie event shopping. Answered questions effortlessly, made great recommendations, and my partner looked absolutely amazing last night because of him! Bad experience from the lady taking my return that I’ve decided not to buy the item returned in different size. She never asked why I’m returning and didn’t offer anything alternate. She was grumpy (which I can understand customer service role is not easy but attitude given is not acceptable) and while doing the return she was telling her co worker loudly “ i need to bring this in the meeting…there’s too many online returns!”. Never going to shop at this company only because of that one employee who seems to need a meeting.
