This Talbots store was a big wow for me. I wasn't planning on going in because I associated the brand with conservative-business attire, which was not what I was looking for. Once I stepped inside I was delighted to find many things that I wanted to try on. The dressing room area is huge and the staff were SO helpful! They even have a washroom in the store! Pricing was decent. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience and I do not generally like to shop.

Love this Talbot's store in Market mall! The ladies in this store greets me with huge smiles! The two wonderful ladies who always welcomes me with a great smile, care, and professionalism, are Sue, & Venessa ! Both are excellent in what they do! I come to the store & both of them helps and guide me in my shopping, and it makes my shopping experience great!!

My wife and mother-in-law were just in this past weekend. Lisa P. was great and very helpful. The prices were on point and a ton of stuff was tried on and left the store as well.

I have always enjoyed shopping at various Talbots locations, where the staff is usually helpful and attentive. However, my recent visit to this particular store was a major disappointment. The staff here were not only rude but also completely unwilling to assist with sizes or provide any options. It's shocking to experience such a lack of basic customer service, especially when other Talbots stores have set a much higher standard. I expected much better and will think twice before returning to this store
