I wanted to express how grateful I am for the employees who work at this location. I had a scary encounter in the mall and I needed a safe space to be. I went into the store and asked Katie to call security for me. She did and she kept me feeling safe and welcomed the entire time. She got me water and stayed with me until I felt safe. I’ve never had such amazing treatment at a store before. Thank you Katie for helping me feel safe during a very scary time.

This morning a woman with short hair was running the fitting rooms, there was several of us in there asking for a million different pairs of jeans and she did a fantastic job. Not only was she quick but she was also extremely patient and understanding with all of the customers.

Large store. It is well organized which is a good thing because not one staff member helped me the entire time I was there. Three of them were huddled together at the front of the store and I did not see any of them interact with any of the customers in the store. Hopefully service improves.

Unfortunately I waited with the product I wanted to purchase at the counter for quite some time. I do not believe I saw any staff while I was shopping. I was in the store maybe ten minutes and then waited at the cash desk for another few minutes before giving up and leaving.
