The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The women working there have no sense of respect or professionalism. Instead of politely informing customers when something is unavailable, they choose to be rude and insulting. It’s shocking how badly they treat people. Someone needs to teach them basic manners and how to respect customers’ preferences and religious beliefs. This place doesn’t deserve anyone’s time or money. Stay away if you expect even the slightest bit of decent service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Roop Jeweller. I went in to get my gold chain fixed, which had broken at one end. There were two older ladies and a guy, who I think was named Sunny. The lady initially quoted $40 to fix the chain, but after some negotiation, the guy agreed to do it for $25, which seemed fair at the time, so I handed it over without having it weighed.

When I came back to pick up the chain, the repair was done, and I thought everything was fine. However, I don’t wear gold chains often, and when I finally wore it again after about five months, I was shocked to find that the chain was 2-3 inches shorter than it was before. They literally cut a piece off my chain, and I can only assume they stole it. It’s completely ridiculous, and my mistake was not checking it on the spot, but the service here is just awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from Roop Jeweller unless you want to be ripped off.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. The staff is not cooperative and lacks basic professionalism. Instead of politely informing customers when a product is unavailable, they choose to be rude and disrespectful. The female employees, in particular, have zero customer service skills. In my opinion, no one should visit this place if they expect decent treatment. A business should prioritize customer satisfaction, but unfortunately, that is not the case here.

Horrible Place! Would never recommend. I went there to get my bracelet fixed but they denied saying it wasn’t fixable which was okay. Though, later he told me that he could get me a bracelet with the exact same design but stronger and told me the price would be the same. Keep in mind, there were all shop keepers present at that time when I was talking to him. I came back the day he told me to come and pick it up. However, when I came back the lady told me that there wasn’t that exact same price bracelet and telling me it wasn’t possible! Thats crazy assuming she was there listening to the whole conversation at that time! They showed me another bracelet like mine and it had an $800 price difference saying she could put it on hold for me when I didn’t ask for it! If I could give this shop any lower rating I definitely would. Never seen such a poor customer service and would never go back again and definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody else to go. I was lied to and that’s unacceptable in my beliefs.
