I came back today after vowing to never step foot here again to give them another chance (and because it’s so close to home lol!) and Sunny helped me pick out my jewelry. The store was jam packed but he was attentive and committed to helping me get everything I needed and also gave me a discount on Dhanteras (which I really appreciated!)

Cheap quality, I purchased a bracelet from here for $1200 last year. The clasp of the bracelet broke after 6 months of wearing it. I came back, and they offered me $50 for the clasp, to replace it and I still had to pay $35 on top (for half the size) of clasp. I ask him to to make it $30, and he responded with - “it’s first thing in the morning I’m not giving you a discount”… I mean, I also came with the intention of browsing and looking around… but after seeing how low quality their product is & how low quality their customer service is - I certainly won’t be back here purchasing anything ever again. Save your money, save your time & go to the golden strip on airport instead, better QUALITY, better deals and definitely better service.

Uncle is really rude. He had no interest in showing us the earrings. I tried on literally 3 pair of earrings and he said oh Don’t try them on I’m gonna have to clean them afterwards. Like sir, if i am spending more than 1000$ here you better believe i’m gonna try them ON. My mom really liked the earrings that she decided to buy but since this uncle was so rude she left them. He was eating right on counter and he was worried about cleaning ear rings. I had to ask him to show earrings he would only pick one pair and show them to me instead of showing me multiple options. We have bought from them in past and that time auntie showed us and she’s really sweet. This time she was busy with other customers and this uncle had to show us, we were really disappointed. And i needed those earrings for the party. We won’t be returning.
My mom was really excited about going to them, she said no we are going to buy earrings from Kanda jewellers because of our past experience.
Well, For anyone who’s reading this review, Go to Dubai jewellers they’re the best. They love what they do, they get more excited to show jewellery more than a customer themselves. When you’re buying gold you really want a positive person to sell not a negative person.
