I called Pain Pro today regarding my jaw pain and was extremely disappointed with the receptionist’s professionalism. When I asked if any of their practitioners could help, she seemed completely clueless and didn’t even know the basics. She told me she would call me back within two minutes with more information, but I never heard back from her. This kind of service is unacceptable — they seriously need to reconsider who they have representing their clinic.
