The service was amazing! I had a walk in and they were able to accommodate me and my family we all really enjoyed ourselves and we all fell in love with the dress! After visiting 6 stores and trying on 64 dresses in total, I finally found the perfect dress at Oksanas, All of the sales associates were incredibly helpful and it was a very safe environment. They had the largest selection of dresses I had seen in a store to date, and so many to choose from. I was super picky over my dress and never thought I would find one that I actually liked. The sale associate I had helping me was Alexa and she was absolutely amazing, she helped me pick out dresses that I actually tried on, and was the best sales associate I had ever spoken to during my search of the perfect dress. They had a specific mirror so you could see your dress in different lightings, and you could tell which dress you liked the most. Alexa was amazing and helped me immensely.

Gown collection is good but after spending money they will not even give you a proper bag for gown. They pack it in cheap transparent poly bag. Most of the good brands provides a nice branded bag for dress even if you spend $200, but in oksana they don’t care how much you spend, they can give you proper bag at an extra cost only?.
And they don’t provide proper alteration
