I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to Collins St. boutique and specifically Julie for fantastic customer service. After my apartment building had a slew of package thefts, a swimsuit I had ordered for an upcoming vacation unfortunately went missing before I could pick it up from the mail room. I worked with the delivery courier and Julie to file a claim, and Julie was incredible about keeping me updated on the process and daily calling UPS for a status update on my behalf. Thanks to her, I was able to get a replacement swimsuit, and it literally arrived to my apartment 15 minutes before I left for the airport for my trip. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service, you’ve definitely won my loyalty and recommendation!

The shop owner, Nicole, has been SO SO helpful in finding me one of a kind, unique pieces for all occasions. I've worn Collins St. merchandise to weddings, tropical vacations, holiday parties, and she even carries outerwear, foot wear, active wear and swim! One stop Shop for quality, trend and classic alike. Highly recommended! Thanks for bringing something new and exciting to Calgary Nicole!

The most amazing shop! I admired their pieces for a long time before finally pulling the trigger on a purchase. Nicole curates the most beautiful collections from a variety of unique brands. I live on the East Coast and she is always so kind and patient in helping me find my size since I cannot try it on. Everything always comes carefully packaged. You can tell heart and soul goes into her work! If you are worried about the price tags, note that this isn’t your average aritzia purchase, these are investment pieces that will last a lifetime and are of the utmost quality! Happy shopping!
