I’ve been going to Massage Heights Brewery for over 5 years, and overall, it’s been a consistently great experience. The front-of-house team has always been pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciate the reminder system — it’s a small thing that makes a big difference. The rooms are clean, calming, and comfortable.

I’ve been seeing Joseph for years, and he’s truly one of the best RMTs I’ve ever had — attentive, skilled, and consistent. I also recently saw Adam and would highly recommend him as well. Both provide excellent care and leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I’ve also found the membership program really valuable. I love having a monthly massage to look forward to, and I’ve never had issues with billing or being pressured into anything. I've also put my membership on hold when needed — they’ve always been accommodating and respectful of my needs.

The only ongoing frustration I’ve had has been around the actual hands-on time during a "60-minute massage." I’ve pointed out several times that it’s misleading to advertise 60 minutes when the hands-on time is closer to 50, and I didn’t feel I ever got a clear or satisfactory answer. That said, I’ve noticed they now include more of a disclaimer about how that time includes consultation or wrap-up, which I still don’t fully agree with, but I do appreciate the effort to improve transparency.

All that considered, I still highly recommend this location for its quality service, clean space, and skilled RMTs. Joseph and Adam in particular are both excellent practitioners who clearly care about their clients’ well-being.

Front desk lady was super nice and helpful.

However, I booked an hour with Brandi and only got 50 minutes. I asked her to apply less pressure and at the of the session she said “I didn’t kill you, did I?”

Never visit again.

Repeatedly asked Brandi for less pressure and she blatantly refused, and I frequently go for deep tissue massage and am well accustomed to the level of pain associated with it. To be clear I repeatedly made it clear I was NOT looking for deep tissue and multiple times asked her to lighten up (which she did not).

She would go on to injure my shoulder blades during our session, which required multiple doctor visits and physio trips to help heal.

The subscription style business model they push also feels very scummy.

I loved my massages with Joanne, however the actual business is terrible! First I felt pressured into getting the 3 month membership trial (I tried politely saying no multiple times). I finally agreed after the front desk permission said that it would be cheaper and that the massage I had JUST had would count as my first month (this was in March). I continued to get a massage each month for April and May. After my massage in May I canceled my membership. Massage Heights is NOT letting me cancel my membership and is continuing to charge me. They insist that March didn't count towards the membership. They've been so difficult that I have no desire to go back. I know multiple people they have pressured into getting memberships and then STOLEN money from. DO NOT go here.
