Olena was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I booked in for the Lux package and was very pleased with all there services that were included and for the price. I have very sensitive skin and she took the time to explain how to better care for my skin and scalp to have less reactions. Her salon was relaxing and you felt comfortable instantly. I am going to recommend her to all my friends and family, and will definitely be going back for other treatments.

I did the Hair & Head Spa + Kobido, and am glad I did. I was just looking for a head massage but the facial was amazing! The whole thing is advertised to be 1:40 but she spent a full 2 hours on me, and worth every penny. She does a very thourough job and it's so relaxing and quiet. I'm glad I found this place. I will be recommending it to my friends and coming back when im in the city ?

I found the service a bit overpriced for what I received. I booked the Lux Spa package, and while it was a nice experience overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The scalp and shoulder massage was minimal, which was disappointing given it was advertised as a highlight. The foot mask also felt underwhelming and not worth the added cost. Additionally, I left with damp hair—although it was blow-dried, it wasn’t done thoroughly. Just expected a bit more for the price.
