I received the perfect gift from my sister and I was blown away with the level of care provided at this spa. From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere invites you to relax and the staff are kind and welcoming. Rita is a fabulous esthetician. Her facial services are exceptional, and her level of care is very much appreciated. She is phenomenal and I cannot praise her enough. It was such a lovely afternoon to relax and unwind, I hope to be back again soon.

It was my bday, and with late notice they fit me in for a massage and a steam bath, Sam was awesome! As I have some pretty heavy hardware in my legs from a snowboarding accident, and lost a little extension in my one leg, he did a really wonderful job isolating my issues, probably one of best massages I've had. The problem is I never know how vocal to be, felt comfortable and was able to get exactly what I needed.. the steam bath is so awesome, get it !

I came in about a month and a half ago. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet however I paid over 100$ for gel nail on my toes and that was about the whole experience. There was no foot massage or exfoliating done. As well the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming until I tipped after I paid. Don’t think the experience was worth the price

Terrible experience - Unreliable and Disappointing!!! I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated by this so-called high-end spa. I had a bridal appointment booked for myself and my mother for a luxury experience well in advance - a special service i was genuinely looking forward to during my wedding week. Just one week before the wedding, the spa reached out via text message to say they could no longer accommodate my original appointment time and offered alternative times that did not work for me.

Why the sudden change? Because they chose to prioritize a larger group that came in after me.

So instead of honoring a long-standing bridal booking during one of the most meaningful times of my life, they pushed me aside in favor of a more profitable party. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing from a business that claims to provide luxury service and care.

Brides, bridal parties, or anyone planning an important occasion - do not trust this spa with your special day. They've shown they'll easily compromise your experience if someone with a bigger booking comes along.
