I have known John for a very long time, he is an amazing trainer and a great friend. You can tell that he truly cares about all of his clients and wants to help you achieve your goals. His home studio has everything you will need and more, I would recommend him to everyone

John is an amazing trainer - extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't do one exercise last session due to pain in my
right upper arm - he told me to move my thumb to a different position, and I could do it without the pain - amazing! He watches to make sure my technique is correct, and he pushes me every session. He makes sure I remember to stretch in between as needed, and that I don't get a build up of lactic acid, as we work. I am very impressed and happy with John.

I just started working with John two weeks ago and it's been great. I'm a newbie who has never had a personal trainer before.

He is very professional and friendly. He explains everything we do and the reasons behind them. The studio is nicely laid out and has everything you need. He also offers training out of a couple of local gyms if that's what you prefer!

A wonderful home studio gym with most of the equipment you would find at the big, crowded gyms. John is a professional, knowledgeable trainer who has your health and well being in mind. John has helped me through several injuries over the years and I would highly recommend him!
