I met with Guin about 2 months ago for a fitness assessment after several years of deconditioning from a back injury. She was able to identify my areas of weakness and custom design a plan for me to address those issues so I could get back to living a fit and healthy life without risking re-injury. In a short time I've seen huge improvements in my pain and function. As a former personal trainer, I can state with confidence that Guin has a true gift in identifying the best plan to get results. I’ve been working out with Guin consistently for almost 10 years now, and I can honestly say she’s transformed both my fitness and my mindset. Her workouts are the perfect balance—challenging enough to push me, but never so hard that I feel overwhelmed or discouraged. She knows how to tailor every session to meet my goals and fitness level while keeping things fresh and exciting.

I was looking for a trainer to get back in shape and I was fortunate to connect with Guin to achieve my goals. I have been working with her since February 2024 and I have achieved more than what I was expecting to. Besides shedding pounds and gaining muscle mass, the best thing I achieved was running my first 5k ever. Thanks Guin!

Her gym has all the equipment you will need. She created tailored workout plans for me based on my strengths and weaknesses. She does frequent assessments and make the workouts progressively difficult to push me to my limits.
The best thing I have noticed about Guin is her commitment to her clients and her genuine joy and excitement when she see positive results from her client.
I would recommend Guin to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals.
