Just started here and LOVING IT. Quiet, small gym. Not as intimidating as other gyms; staff and members are friendy, enough equipment for everyone but not such a large amount that you don't know where to start!

They have a 3 day trial program that I highly recommend if you're considering it.

One staff in particular, Brooke, was very welcoming and the reason I felt so comfortable starting!

Love this gym!! This place is amazing, the equipment is completely state of the art, it is VERY clean, never too crowded and the staff including the personal trainers and managers always welcome you with a smile. This gym has more of a family community feel compared to other companies. 10/10 will be coming here for years. As an added bonus they also seem to get the nicest sunrises in the early mornings ☺️?

Fitness 1440 is an excellent gym for anyone looking for a clean and well-maintained workout environment. Equipment is modern. It’s open 24 hours. The gym is never overly crowded, allowing you to use the equipment you need without waits. The staff is friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Members are respectful and courteous, making it a comfortable place to work out. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a member of Fitness 1440 in Legacy SE Calgary for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Before joining here, I tried three different gyms but ultimately signed out because they didn’t meet my expectations.
Fitness 1440 stands out as it is open 24 hours, making it incredibly convenient to fit workouts into my busy schedule. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive; they genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you’re just starting or looking to take your training to the next level, you’ll find guidance tailored specifically for you.
The facility itself is well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for an effective workout—free weights, machines, cardio equipment—you name it!
Overall, if you’re searching for a welcoming environment where you can work on yourself at any hour of the day or night while receiving top-notch support from experienced trainers after trying others that fell short—Fitness 1440 is definitely worth checking out!

My lower review comes from the front desk service. I have been a member for over 2 years and the quality of service at the front has begun to decrease over the past few months. My biggest concern if the lack of presence at the front desk when a new customer comes in. New customers come in and ring the doorbell and either nobody comes, or it takes 5-10 minutes for someone to come up and greet them. Customers are left awkwardly standing there or it becomes so long they give up and leave. It is really uncomfortable and frustrating- other members or myself will stop our workouts and start knocking on the office, bathroom, or supply closet doors to try and get help. Sometimes someone emerges and sometimes nobody is to be found. Doorbells are located in the bathrooms and around the gym so it should be heard? This scenario has occurred over 10 times when I am present.

It is not a good first impression for potential customers.
