I cannot say enough good things about this store. From the moment I went in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Cheyenne approached me and asked what I was looking for and offered to help me look for things that I was going for. She brought me the most spot on recommendations and I ended up leaving with two jeans and a pair of shorts that fit absolutely perfectly. Cheyenne was so kind, helpful and patient, and really made the experience exceptional!
The experience here was fantastic, and I will be recommending friends to come here if they ever need jeans! Highly, highly recommend.

I had the BEST Customer Service experience at this store this morning. The owner was there and was helping find my perfect jeans alongside one of her staff members - both of them extremely attentive and inquisitive as to what I liked in a pair of jeans. They brought countless pairs for me to try on in the quest to find the perfect pair and I was lucky enough to find two and bought them both! Had I had more time I would have bought a skirt and pair of shirts too. I’m not from Canada so not aware of the prices for particular brands, however I would’ve paid double just for the service and genuine support I received. I would never had
had the patience to try on jeans for an hour if I’d been by myself in a store and having to continuously leave the change room to find an improved pair. So appreciative and excited to get my new jeans home. Thank you Jeans Addiction.

I recently bought 5 pairs of jeans at Jean Addiction, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Cheyenne was absolutely incredible—she stayed with me for 45 minutes, helping me find the perfect fit, wash, and style for each pair. Her patience, knowledge, and attention to detail made all the difference. She made jean shopping actually enjoyable—which is saying something. Can’t recommend her or the store enough. Great service, great selection, great prices.

What a wonderful experience. The ladies that assisted me in finding a new pair of jeans took all the stress out of searching. After months of trying to find the perfect pair of jeans, I was about ready to give up. My mom recommended this place and we went together. It was a nice time of shopping with my mama and also finding a great pair of jeans. No judgments here, excellent service, and great advice. They listened to what I wanted, and the first pair she picked out were exactly what I wanted. Look no further if you are struggling to find jeans- they make it so easy. Thank you!!
