Always a great gel fill and pedicure. Very pleasant and professional staff. I get so many compliments on my nails and they are done in the French style so it shows the skill and talent that the staff possess! I like to only have my nails done here!

I was soooo disappointed by my visit. The inspo photos my cousin and I gave were turned down (which is fine but they weren’t even a difficult design) and then they didn’t even do well with our second inspo choices.

The nail prep was poor (my cuticles were not prepped) and the aftercare was non existent (my nails beds were so dry and they didn’t even put cuticle oil). My nails were in pain from the heat of the lamps and the nail grinder - she said it was because my nails were thin but I’ve never had pain like that anywhere else.

The gal just started cutting the nail before asking if I liked the length — which, I don’t but it was already too late. Also the woman doing my nails was rushed and she answered and talked on the phone several times during my appointment.

To do my nails and my cousins nails plus removal of my old set was $160 and that still feels like I paid too much for what I got.

Overall, I learned to speak up more and ask more for what I want because I really wish I didn’t pay for any of this. Never going back. I wish I got a refund.

I went here to get a new acrylic set with a French tip design and was quite disappointed with the results. She did no nail preparation and applied white tips rather than painting them on, so I now have half of my nail white instead of just the points. The process felt rushed, and for $70, I would have been better off getting press on nails.

If I could leave no star I would :: rash from improper waxing and they tried to tell me it’s normal / used wrong product when I asked for gel they used acrylic and also did gel on my 9 year old when I said just colour

Be careful these ones also allow snotty comments from older whyte women who are snobby to BIPOC people

I will not return here I paid 275 and demanded the was refund even tho it should have all been refunded ???
