Got many pedicures here great massage chairs. I'm not big on conversation like that I can sit back relax not talk and let them work and not worry they take great care of me. I've gotten my legs waxed few times. Few manicures.decided to get extentions to try it out and they are beautiful. Always happy when I leave. They are very patient with me. I recommend and will continue to visit. Thanks for taking great care of me.

So-so experience. Not unusual to book somewhere and still have to wait 10-15 minutes so that wasn’t a huge deal. But the tech took 1.5 hours for what is usually a 45 minute job and it wasn’t even what I requested, because she didn’t know how to do what I asked for. They were friendly and apologetic about the delays, but it was also because they had obviously overbooked themselves and were dealing with more difficult clients so I didn’t make any kind of a deal out it. The prices are average but I will just return to Pixie on the West Side next time where prices are much better and they absolutely never leave you waiting.

Sophie's Nails is situated within walking distance for me; I called to make an appointment but was informed there was availability at the time of my call; I informed David on the phone that I am a senior and newbie to pedicures; He sat me down without explaining the procedure and half way through staff came over to tell me that the chair provided massage; David was uncommunicative throughout the procedure and speaking in philipino to staff and ignoring me totally. Customer service is lacking and whilst the chairs on one side of the salon are well kept, the other side has chairs that are shoddy and unkempt; Sadly, whilst the location is convenient, I am not encouraged to return to this outfit.

I went in for a pedicure and was really disappointed with the service. The technician was too rough and ended up cutting my soft skin, causing my foot thumb to bleed. Instead of properly cleaning it, she put my foot back into the same pedicure water, which felt very unhygienic. Even though it kept bleeding, she didn’t address it properly and kept doing the pedicure, moreover then she started skipping steps altogether. This was my first visit since moving from another province, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back
