I saw improvements in my energy and mood within 2 workouts. It's a great workout , you don't need to think much about what you need to do, you come in work hard for 45 mins and feel awesome and energized after that. Everything is guided.

The F45 Training in Signal hill is a fantastic gym with modern equipment and a clean, welcoming space. The staff are friendly, and Marrianny, in particular, is an amazing trainer who is always supportive and motivating. The group classes are fun and well organized, making workouts enjoyable. The positive community adds to the great experience. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to stay fit.

I am so happy to have joined this gym recently. I love the challenging work outs and how mindless it is for me to just show up and get an awesome workout in. The coaches are welcoming and helpful. They will provide modifications as needed and help push you to try a little harder as you're able. Fun atmosphere and great variety of classes - resistance, cardio and hybrid. Would highly recommend!

I am still a newbie with this week being my third. I have tried a few different times of the day to catch the vibe of different class mixes and ALL are great! The coaches are awesome and will push you with little tweaks and extras...unless you aren't comfortable and then they won't push too hard. They truly adjust to make everyone successful. Classmates are friendly, supportive and very welcoming. Overall thanks so much F45-Signal Hill
