I've been doing group bootcamps for a few years now and they have great variety and are challenging in addition to attention to individual needs for skill level and pre-existing conditions/injuries.
Started personal training in 2020 with shared online workouts tailored exactly to my goals and current status. Workouts rotate through to keep it fresh and are clear with video instruction and support for anything that I have questions about. I've been able to surpass the goals I had in mind and I'm hooked on my workout routine at this point - strongly recommend First Step for any fitness goals you have and want help achieving.

First Step provide excellent workouts custom tailored to the specific needs of the client. They were able
to provide exercise variations to work around my lack of equipment and physical limitations. They check-in to make sure I understand how to perform each exercise and are available to answer any questions that might arise after the initial discussion. I am 2 months in and already feel and see the results. I am looking forward to continuing for the foreseeable future!

Great routines, constant check ins and pushes you the right amount. Been doing boot camp for four plus years and enjoy the variation and concern for previous injures. Always gives alternative exercises. Happy with my progress and would highly recommend.

Not worth the money I paid or the time I put in to the routines created.

I asked for a series of 60 minute routuines but ended up spending 2 hours a day, 3 times a week trying to complete the routines he gave me.

All I got for my money and effort was a torn rotator cuff and major hip flexor problems.

Now I stuck spending hundreds of dollars and countless hours with physiotherapists, and a chiropractor to undo the damage his routines did.

When I asked to meet him and review the routine he recently gave me he flat out refused to meet with me.

I have since moved on to a much more professional personal trainer.
