This place is great for learning bar exercises and Calisthenics, however the ring monkey bars are more for children and the monkey bars are too low to the ground causing me to need to lift my legs the whole time. This place also has not parallel bars so it isn’t as good as the Brentwood outside gym. The money bars however, can be used as parallel bars but it is a tight space to work with. Will be returning to this location in the coming days to train for the muscle up.
