This review is SO easy to write! Marcia has been instructing me in Essentrics for nearly a year. During that time, my flexibility has improved, my strength is noticeably greater, my chronic shoulder issue has greatly (and I mean greatly!) improved, and I leave each and every class feeling better than when I arrived. You will not be disappointed with Marcia's warm, inviting and knowledgeable style and approach. She truly loves what she does, and it shows every time. I feel so fortunate to have found both Marcia and her Essentrics classes. Try it! You'll love it ;)

I was so happy to find Marcia's classes, which are based on Miranda Esmond-White's whole-body stretching techniques. It can be difficult for more mature people such as myself to find exercise classes that are challenging and appropriate, but these classes definitely are. At the same time, they are suitable for all ages. I have benefitted in so many ways from these exercises - mobility, balance, muscle strengthening. Marcia herself is a warm, knowledgeable and responsive instructor. Her classes absolutely make my day!

Love my Essentric Classes with Marcia . The workout is fantastic and her classes are a lot of fun. I love her music selections, always upbeat and often funs to sing along. It makes the hour go by fast and I feel great afterwards.

Great Class! Marcia is a motivational and fun instructor. It's a gentle class but you really do use all your muscles. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to move, work muscle and gain flexibility and strength.

I am an AFLCA certified Fitness Trainer and am constantly learning about different ways to make my body works better. Essentrics works. Practicing Essentrics via a DVD vs with Marcia in her class was a night and day experience. Marcia's gentle approach befits the principles behind Essentrics. Spot on cueings and demonstrations have made the class easy to follow. More importantly, Marcia is genuine in her passion to share Essentrics with others.
