I truly can’t say enough great things about training with Thomas. He cares about his clients and always goes above and beyond. Thomas is both professional and fun so training with him will be a perfect challenge that is customized to meet your goals, while still having a good time. He’s always enhancing his skills and abilities through training and research. You will always be challenged and two sessions will never be alike as he spends time both carefully planning in advance and reacting to the lesson in real-time. He’s by far the best trainer that I’ve ever come across both in skill and attitude.

Tom is an excellent trainer and coach who I have used for years. We met during COVID and have had an enduring relationship through various changes in my physical ability driven by injuries and travel. He is innovative, creative, and patient...working with what ever equipment you may have in what ever circumstances you may be in. He continues to stay researched in an ever evolving field. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to anyone seeking a coach - in person or by video.

These two provided exactly what I needed in regards to my goals. It wasn’t about losing weight for me, it was more about focusing on functional movements and helping my body heal after having a baby. The always gave prompt feedback when I had questions and made changes as my goals changed. The meetings helped keep me accountable as well. If you’re looking for a way to achieve goals and not have to leave your own home, this is the best program I have found out there. Highly recommend them!
