I joined Charge 5 months ago. I lost 10 lbs before I started there, but I had stalled and knew I needed a push. I'm now down a total of 37 lbs. I never feel sore after a workout like I used to. I love the knowledge guidance and encouragement, not only with the exercise but with the overall approach to updating my lifestyle. If you attend twice a week and follow the nutritional guideline along with some other changes, you'll see the results. It's worth it. I'm a convert.

I love Charge Fitness! The staff members are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. The classes are quick and the results are incredible. After every class, I can feel my muscles and I know that I’ve had a great workout. In general, I've noticed great improvements in my fitness since starting. The EMS technology is amazing, and it's great to know that I'm getting a full-body workout in just 20 minutes. I already had a set workout routine and found that this was an amazing way to add to it. For people who don’t already have a workout routine, this is a great way to start. I also appreciate that the location is always clean and well-maintained, and that the equipment is top-notch. I highly recommend Charge Fitness to anyone looking for an efficient, effective, and enjoyable way to improve their fitness and overall health. Thanks Steve and Diana!

I have benefited for years from regular workouts at Charge Fitness. I feel the results of EMS immediately after a 20 minute session, with more energy and stamina, and improved muscle tone. I’ve done individual and group classes and both are fun and beneficial, thanks to the well trained and encouraging Charge staff. You really do get the results of a 90-minute workout in less than a quarter of the time. Try it, you’ll like it!

Been a client since the first day they opened. If you want to look good and be healthy but you don't have the time to spend hours at the gym, this is the place to be. I just love it. Steve is such an amazing trainer and person. He is very supportive and creates routines based on each ones need. It's a nice and fun environment. Makes you feel you are with family.

I love this place! I’ve been a member for years and done the small group training about a year. 20 minute classes 2-3x a week is so doable for me. I work on-call and the ease of booking online is really helpful for me as I can decide the day-of if I have time to pop in!

Steve and Diana keep the sessions fun and upbeat and are frequently changing up the movements and style of the classes to keep it interesting.

Bonus: there are often cute puppies there to keep you entertained. ☺️
