I’ve been training with Lindsey for about a year and it’s been great! I had some prior injuries and she was able to accommodate them while creating a challenging program for me to build strength. She’s great at explaining different ways for me to understand how to use properly perform an exercise and listens to any feedback that I have. I have seen such a huge difference from where I started a year ago. Lindsey is 100% the reason why I’ve become more consistent in the gym and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been training with Lindsey for 6 months, and I’ve learned so much from her! I began training with Lindsey in July 2022 at least one session a week, as well as two, six-week-long lifting workshops. Since then, I’ve noticed such a big change in my strength and mobility and I have much more confidence in the gym.

Lindsey has created a personalized workout program that I enjoy and want to stick with. I look forward to our sessions, as Lindsey and I always have fun in the gym! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer.

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Lindsey is! I don’t think I would be going to the gym this much and for this long without her. As a result, I am so much healthier and stronger, and my chronic hip pain has all but disappeared.

Lindsey’s programming is comprehensive and always fun. She takes into account where you’re at, where you want to be, and where you can be. Her assessments are attentive and so helpful. I love how much thought she puts into things.

She knows when you need a challenge, and when to keep you safe. Her cues have helped my positioning so much, and I never imagined myself being able to do the things I can now.

She is a great communicator, gives great direction, and has such a huge repository of knowledge which she is always willing to share. She has also been more than accommodating with my schedule and when my shifts go unexpectedly into OT. On top of that, she is funny, patient, hardworking and inspiring.

I have been seeing Lindsey for 2.5 years now. This is the longest gym streak I have ever had. She’s like a real-life power-up and so darn good at what she does. I am so grateful and appreciative of her!
