I was recommended to Fernwood Movement Academy by my physiotherapist when my knee(s) decided to get angry with me.
It has been one of the best recommendations I have received.
I have been discouraged, optimistic, in pain, sad, happy and every emotion in between. Yet Chantel has held me in sacred space knowing when to push me, knowing when to be gentle and knowing when to say nothing.
I would not be where I am without her guidance and Fernwood Movement Academy.
I would recommend their services to anyone who wants to have a movement based life.

Working with Brooke and her team was fantastic and has set me up for success. It took a lot of patience and discipline but it’s paying off. When I walked in you couldn’t really call it walking and when I walked out I did deadlifts and pull ups. My body has come a long way after several surgeries have left me with a lot imbalances. We addressed them step by step and with some more physio work I can now confidently go to the gym and work out without putting my body at risk. I can recommend Brooke and team without hesitation!
