Den did an OUTSTANDING job on my nails. She is incredibly funny & polite. Made me feel super relaxed, and she did such an amazing job for a fill. She built the sides of my nails up just right because I can tend to be hard on them. She took her time to get it right & good art takes time!! 1000% will be going back :)

I recently returned after a few months and had a fantastic experience. Tina and Hanna did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure with shellac/gel nails, they were detailed, thorough, and made everything look so clean and polished.

I’ve also been helped by Flora and Laura in the past, and they’ve both provided exceptional service and were incredibly kind. Highly recommend all of them!

Visited Edmonton and had an amazing pedicure but unfortunately the worst acrylic nail experience I have ever had, and it was with Jenny the acrylic nail tech for hands.

Within just four days of returning to my hometown, the French tips and polish on my thumbs and middle fingers started peeling. Jenny rushed through the process, painting over my skin and barely speaking to me except when I asked to change the shade of the neutral color. She seemed irritated by the request and used what felt like low-quality polish.

In comparison, my sister’s nail tech was kind, meticulous, and professional. Her nails were perfectly shaped, filed, and painted. Meanwhile, I was left with uneven square nails even though I asked for skinny rectangles. There were visible bubbles, polish painted past the nail bed, and staining around the cuticles and inner nail from poor technique. Jenny never cleaned or pushed back my cuticles, did not properly apply the top coat, and failed to remove the previous polish before repainting. My hands had dust and leftover polish when she finished, and I had to ask her just to wipe them.

She never greeted me or made me feel welcome. The only time we interacted was when I spoke first, and she gave off a dismissive attitude when I brought up concerns about the polish on my thumbs. I left feeling completely overlooked and disrespected. It honestly made me wonder if she simply did not like me. I paid $289 plus a tip, totaling over $300, for work that felt careless and unprofessional. I left feeling really sad because a student nail tech could have done a better job and shown more care.

Everyone else at the salon was lovely, but I would not return if Jenny is there. It felt like I got the bare minimum while others received real attention and quality service.

I recently had my acrylic nails removed at this salon, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The nail technician didn't seem to care much about the condition of my nails and as a result, my original nails were damaged. This was especially disheartening because I had enjoyed their services during my previous visits. However, during my fourth visit, which was solely for acrylic nail removal to give my nails a break, the experience was far from satisfactory.
In the past, I've had acrylic nail removal done here, and it was done well by another technician who took proper care. However, this time, the removal process was not handled with the same level of care. Despite expressing my concerns to the technician who performed the removal, I don't think she fully understood my issue. Eventually, I was able to speak to either the manager or the owner, who was apologetic about the damage to my nails.
The manager generously offered to apply a nail strengthener and waived the fee for the service, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was still very disappointing. I didn't expect my nails to be in such poor condition after the removal. I had hoped for better care and attention to detail for every customer's nails at this salon. While I understand that some damage to nails can occur during services like this, the extent of damage done to my nails was unacceptable. I believe that being more careful in the future would go a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction. I’m not sure if I'll return to this salon for nail services due to this negative experience.

I went in to get waxing done, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The lady who did my wax was rough and careless I ended up with bruises on my legs. On top of that, she left a lot of hair behind and still told me the job was finished. I definitely would not recommend going here for waxing.
