I had the best massage session with Ntando. I really love the pressure and the way she loosen the knots on my back, my shoulders, arms and legs. Felt incredibly better afterwards.

Also, the place is immaculate and quiet. Soooo relaxing. Highly recommended!

Beauty is the absolute best masseuse I've ever had in Canada. My body felt renewed after my session with her. I was pregnant at the time and everything was planned to accomodate my belly. I highly recommend her for the most relaxing massage ever!

Wow. Amazing experience. My massage was 10/10. Melissa was the one who did my massage. She is so kind and very good at what she does. I will definitely be coming back to rise up massage and wellness. They have the cutest snack set up for their clients with drinks. Wow so sweet. And the building is beautiful and so relaxing! 10/10 totally coming back!

I went for my first ever hot stone massage. I had an hour booked and loved it so much that I regretted that my appointment wasn't for two hours, the time just flew by. I have now booked for two hours with a 15 minute cupping added on. Still feeling a little stiff in the shoulders, longer than an hour would have been more beneficial but I do feel better than before I went.
